What qualifications do you have in regards to Vehicle handling and performance? What professional teams use your software?

Admin reply: Hi Sam

Such questions are perhaps better suited to an email, but I will answer them here:

I have no qualifications in vehicle dynamics but I have been studying this field since 2004, and on the strength of VHPA I have been working as a vehicle dynamics programmer for a software firm since 2007.

I do not know of any teams, professional or otherwise, who use my software. I suspect most usage of VHPA comes from the race-sim community.

how do i set the cars in to the game .?

Admin reply: It is not possible to use VHPA to edit the cars in LFS (only setups for existing cars). You are better off looking for LFS Tweak.

Can the program be adapted for 3 Wheeled vehicles? I cannot reduce the track width below 0.5 m. Thanks great tool

Admin reply: Hi Tom

Support for 3 and 2 wheeled vehicles is planned, but is a few releases away yet as there is a fairly substantial amount of work involved. In my head it's penciled in for v3.3. With the current amount of time I have to spend on VHPA, I'd be happy to get that out by the end of 2009.
